Tenants Pushed Out to the East of England, as London Incurs Marginal Rental Growth

Tenants are being squeezed out into the surrounding counties of London, as rental prices in the capital exceed the limits of affordability. Despite the negative rental growth that has taken
over more than two thirds of the city, prices in the central boroughs of London remain high and inaccessible to tenants, with average rents of up to £3,052.
